摘  要:借助碱醇热法以钛片为基底制备了TiO2纳米薄膜,采用浸渍-煅烧法获得Co3O4/TiO2纳米异质结复合薄膜,对其进行了表征,并用于去除反渗透高浓污水COD。结果表明,20 nm左右的Co3O4颗粒被均匀负载于TiO2薄膜表面,二者具有良好的晶型结构及稳定性,且拥有可见光捕获利用特性。Co3O4和TiO2之间形成的p-n异质结有效促进了光生载流子的分离,使复合薄膜具有较好的反渗透高浓污水COD去除性能,在紫外-可见光照射下,Co3O4的引入可使TiO2薄膜光催化去除COD效率提高1.3倍。综合考虑能耗等,较佳的反应条件为:室温,pH为9.0,初始COD为480 mg/L,采用紫外-可见光共同照射。TiO2 nano-thin films were prepared on titanium substrates by alkali alkalothermic method.Co3O4/TiO2 heterojunction composite thin films were prepared by impregnation calcination method.The films were characterized and used to remove COD in high concentration brine of reverse osmosis.The results showed that about,20 nm Co3O4 particles were uniformly loaded on the surface of TiO2 film,and both had good crystal structure and stability,and had the characteristics of visible light capture and utilization.The p-n heterojunction formed between Co3O4 and TiO2 effectively promoted the separation of photogenerated carriers,which made the composite film had better performance of COD removal in reverse osmosis high concentration wastewater.Under UV visible light irradiation,the introduction of Co3O4 could increase the photocatalytic removal efficiency of TiO2 film by 1.3 times.Considering the energy consumption,the optimal reaction conditions were as follow,pH was 9.0,initial COD was 480 mg/L,and under room temperature with UV visible irradiation.
