摘  要:为提升数字水准仪的检校精度和效率,模拟室外测量原理与检校方法,在室内构建一种专用平行光管检定装置。平行光管分划板采用特定视距的专用条码影像分划板,以室内外比对法构建专用光管水平基准,实现数字水准仪电子项目的快速检校。实践证明,专用光管法克服了室外检校方法的局限性,与室外法相比,成本低、效率高、实用性强,检校结果更加稳定、可靠。专用光管法检校技术对数字水准仪的生产者以及检定机构而言,具有较高的参考应用价值。In order to improve the calibration accuracy and efficiency of digital levels, and simulate outdoor measurement principle and calibration methods, a kind of verification device is developed indoor based on appropriative collimator is developed. This device uses an appropriative barcode image reticle that has a specific sight distance based on the indoor and outdoor comparison to build horizontal datum of appropriative collimator. So the electronic items about digital levels can be calibrated quickly. Practices proves that the method of appropriative collimator has overcome the limitations of the outdoor calibration method. This method has lower cost, higher efficiency and better practicability compared with the outdoor method, and its calibration results are more stable and reliable. The appropriative collimator verification technology will provide higher reference and application value for producers and verification institutions of digital levels.
