摘　　要：根据新型基础测绘要求,分析了湖南省级基础地理信息数据更新现状,研究建立协同更新的更新机制,研发基础地理信息数据协同更新系统,识别提取变化信息、自动融合更新,实现基于要素的基础地理信息更新流程的再造。According to the requirements of new basic surveying and mapping, this paper analyzes the current situation of Hunan provincial basic geographic information data updating, studies and designs the updating mechanism of collaborative updating, develops the collaborative updating system of basic geographic information data, identifies and extracts change information, and automatically merges and updates, so as to realize the reengineering of basic geographic information updating process based on elements.
