摘  要:基于矿用提升绞车安全性、稳定性及可靠性的较高要求,以某型矿用提升绞车为研究对象,分析了矿用提升绞车的组成,对矿用提升绞车平衡液压系统进行了设计,运用AMESim对矿用提升绞车平衡液压系统中的平衡阀压力和流量、主提升减速机制动缸制动压力和制动力矩等进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明:矿用提升绞车平衡液压系统平衡阀压力和流量、主提升减速机制动缸制动压力和制动力矩均呈现先增加后减小,然后在某一固定值上下波动最后稳定的趋势。该研究为矿用提升绞车平衡液压系统设计与可靠性、稳定性、安全性等方面的提升提供理论基础及技术支撑。Based on the high requirements for safety,stability and reliability of mine hoist winches,a certain type of mine hoist winch has been taken as the research object,the composition of mine hoist winch has been analyzed,and the balance hydraulic system of mine hoist winch has been designed.The pressure and flow of the balance valve in the balance hydraulic system of the mine hoist winch,the brake pressure and brake torque for the brake cylinder of the main hoist reducer have been simulated and analyzed by the AMESim.The simulation results show that the pressure and flow for the balancing valve of the mine hoist winch balancing hydraulic system,the brake pressure and braking torque of the brake cylinder of the main hoist reducer all show the trend of increase first and then decrease,then fluctuate above and below a certain fixed value and finally stabilize.The research provides theoretical basis and technical support for the design and the improvement of reliability,stability,safety and other aspects of the balanced hydraulic system for mine hoist winch.
