摘 要:多滚筒驱动能解决单滚筒驱动电机功率及输送带张力过大的问题,但多滚筒驱动存在驱动力分配即功率平衡的问题,其中输送带的弹性模量对功率平衡的影响尤为严重,针对该问题,基于Kelvin-Voigt黏弹性模型,建立顺槽带式输送机整机离散化模型,并采用AMESim软件仿真不同弹性模量输送带满载启动工况,得出各个滚筒的驱动力并进行功率计算、比较。研究表明,采用弹性模量较大的钢丝绳芯输送带能有效提高输送机满载启动后的稳定性,能够使功率得到合理分配。该研究结果可为多滚筒驱动输送机输送带的选型提供参考依据,同时对延长输送带的使用寿命具有重要意义。Multi-drum drive can solve the problem which over-power of single-drum drive motor and conveyor belt tension.However,the problem of power distribution and power balance exists in multi-drum drive.The influence of the elastic modulus of conveyor belt on the power balance is particularly serious.To solve this problem,the discretization model of the belt conveyor was established based on the viscoelastic model of Kelvin-Voigt and AMEsim software was used to simulate the full load starting condition of conveyor belt with different elastic modulus.The driving force of each drum was obtained and the power was calculated and compared.The research shows that the steel wire rope core conveyor belt with large elastic modulus can effectively improve the stability of the conveyor after starting with full load,and the power can be reasonably distributed.The research results can provide reference for the selection of conveyor belt of multi-drum driving conveyor and have important significance for extending the service life of conveyor belt.
