摘 要:基于重载轴承的承载大、工作条件严苛复杂等实际情况,以某型重载轴承为研究对象,运用试验测试分析的方法对腐蚀周浸历时间对重载轴承中值疲劳寿命、腐蚀修正系数、裂纹源平均腐蚀宽度和深度及疲劳断口的影响进行研究。研究结果表明:不同腐蚀时间对重载轴承中值疲劳寿命、腐蚀修正系数、裂纹源平均腐蚀宽度和深度影响不同;重载轴承不同位置的疲劳寿命及疲劳断口不同。该研究为重载轴承疲劳寿命延长、抗腐蚀性能的提高及对严苛环境的适应等方面提供数据依据及技术支撑。Based on the actual situation of heavy-duty bearing,such as heavy load,severe and complex working conditions,a certain type of heavy-duty bearing has been taken as the research object,the experimental test analysis method has been used to study the effects of the weekly corrosion time on the median fatigue life,corrosion correction coefficient,the average corrosion width and depth of the crack source and the fatigue fractures of the heavy-duty bearing.The research results show that different corrosion times have different effects on the heavy-duty bearing’s median fatigue life,corrosion correction coefficient,average corrosion width and depth of the crack source;different locations of the heavy-duty bearing have different fatigue life and fatigue fracture.The research provides the data basis and technical support for the fatigue life extended,corrosion resistance increased and harsh environment adaptation of the heavy-duty bearing.
