摘 要:为了分析φ340 mm双伸缩立柱的中心过载性能,由能量法推导出静载荷作用下双伸缩立柱液压缸缸内压力公式。根据国家最新关于液压支架立柱加载的试验标准,对φ340 mm双伸缩立柱进行1.5倍额定载荷强度分析、2倍额定载荷强度分析以及大于10000 kg重物冲击的动态载荷强度分析。经过ANSYS仿真计算,得到了不同加载条件下立柱液压缸的应力及变形云图。结果显示:当对立柱进行2倍额定工作压力加载时,中缸的最大应力值超过材料的屈服强度极限,需进行加强处理。仿真结果可为液压支架立柱的中心过载试验提供依据。In order to analyze the central overload performance of theφ340 mm double telescopic column,the formula of the pressure in the cylinder of the double telescopic column under the static load was derived by the energy method.According to the latest test standard of the hydraulic support column loading,the strength analysis of 1.5 times of the rated load strength,2 times of the rated load strength and the dynamic loading of more than 10000 kg heavy objects were carried out.Through ANSYS simulation calculation,the stress and deformation nephogram of hydraulic cylinder under different loading conditions were obtained.The results show that when the column is loaded with twice the rated working pressure,the maximum stress value of the middle cylinder exceeds the yield strength limit of the material,which needs to be strengthened.The simulation results can provide the basis for the center overload test of hydraulic support column.
