摘 要:以ZY20000/33.5/68D型液压支架为例,对其进行了传统空间力系分析和ANSYS Workbench非线性分析,分别得到了液压支架四连杆销轴处的受力状态,并进行了有限元分析和对比。结果表明:传统空间力系分析的简化过多,四连杆机构被简化为二力杆进行计算,导致结果偏差较大;ANSYS Workbench非线性分析能准确地反映出四连杆在偏载情况下的扭转状态,接近实际情况。该方法对液压支架设计更具指导意义。ZY20000/33.5/68D hydraulic support was taken as an example,the traditional space force system analysis and ANSYS Workbench nonlinear analysis were performed.Obtained the force states of the four-bar mechanism pins,and finite element analysis and comparison were performed.The results show that the traditional space force system analysis was oversimplified,four-bar mechanism was simplified into a two-force bar for calculation,which causes the deviation is too large.The nonlinear analysis of ANSYS Workbench can accurately reflect the torsion state of the four-bar under partial load,which are close to the actual situation.This method has more guiding significance on hydraulic support design.
