摘　　要：刮板输送机上所用哑铃销由毛坯锻造而成,由于锻件的外形不规则及哑铃销本身的形状特殊,所以在加工时,定位装夹比较困难,导致难以保证加工要求及加工精度。针对以上情况,设计一种新的专用哑铃销铣用加工工艺装置,该装置装夹方便,定位精准,既能保证被加工工件加工要求及加工精度,又明显提高加工质量及效率。The dumbbell pin used in scraper conveyor is forged from the wool ring.Due to the irregular shape of the forging and the special of the shape of the dumbbell pin itself,it is difficult to locate and clamp in the processing,so it is difficult to guarantee the processing requirement and accuracy.In view of the above situation,a new special type of processing device for prosperous bell pin milling was designed.The device is convenient for mounting and clamping,accurate positioning,which can not only ensure the processing requirement and machining accuracy of the processed workpiece,but also significantly improve the processing quality and efficiency.
