摘　　要：介绍了一种液压钳盘式制动器,分析计算了带式输送机制动时所需制动力矩,并通过SolidWorks中的Simulation模块建模分析了制动器所受应力与形变,最后证明了钳盘式制动器在带式输送机上应用的可行性。Introduced a kind of hydraulic clamp disc brake,analyzed and calculated the braking torque required by the belt conveyor during braking,and analyzed the stress and deformation of the brake by modeling the Simulation module in SolidWorks,finally proved the feasibility of applying the clamp disc brake to the belt conveyor.
