摘 要:针对目前综采工作面顶板钻孔成孔深度浅、钻进效率低、有效孔段少等问题,提出了采用ZDY6000LD(B)履带钻机、YHD2-1000(A)高精随钻测量系统等定向钻进装备进行顶板走向大直径定向长钻孔的成孔技术,以提高顶板长钻孔成孔精度、孔深及孔径,改善采空区瓦斯抽采效果。在某矿井进行了现场试验,完成4个顶板大直径定向长钻孔,单孔最深孔深633 m,钻孔孔径达φ133 mm,试验总进尺2439 m,平均孔深609 m,有效抽采孔段保持在528~573 m,占总孔深的89%~92%,对于提高钻孔抽采利用率具有显著效果。Aiming at the problems of shallow hole forming depth,low drilling efficiency and few effective hole section in the roof drilling of the fully mechanized mining face at present,put forward the directional drilling technology of large diameter directional long hole forming in the roof strike by using ZDY6000 LD(B)crawler drilling machine,YHD2-1000(A)high precision while drilling measurement system and other directional drilling equipment,so as to improve the hole forming accuracy,hole depth and hole diameter of the roof long hole and improve the gas drainage effect in the goaf.Field tests were carried out in a mine.Four large diameter directional long holes were drilled in the roof.The deepest hole depth of a single hole was 630 m,the hole diameter wasφ133 mm,and the total test footage was 2460 m.The average hole depth was 609 m.The effective extraction hole section remained 528~573 m,accounting for 89%~92%of the total drilling length,which has a significant effect on improving the utilization ratio of drilling and extraction.
