摘 要:针对国内综采液压支架电液控制系统通信性能低、实时性无法满足等问题。提出了一种基于DSP和CAN总线的液压支架电液控制系统。利用DSP芯片的快速处理能力和CAN总线高效传输的优势,实现各液压支架控制器与井下控制主机之间的信息互换。搭建了电液控制系统框架,设计了基于DSP技术的硬件结构和CAN总线通信协议。仿真结果显示,该系统运行可靠、性能优良、满足实时性要求。Aiming at the problems of low communication performance and insatiable real-time performance for the electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support in fully mechanized mining in China,an electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support based on DSP and CAN bus was proposed.Taking advantage of the fast processing ability of DSP chip and the high efficiency transmission of CAN bus,the information exchange between hydraulic support controllers and underground control host was realized.The framework of electro-hydraulic control system was built,and the hardware structure based on DSP technology and CAN bus communication protocol were designed.The simulation results show that the system runs reliably,has good performance and meets the real-time requirements.
