摘  要:目的通过回顾性分析研究来评价“模拟康复团队式”带教模式对临床实习生学习效果的影响。方法将近六年在安徽医科大学第二附属医院实习的康复治疗本科专业学生124人分为对照组和观察组;对照组(58名)学生实行传统康复带教模式,观察组(66名)学生实行“模拟康复团队式”带教模式;分别于实习前、实习3个月后、实习结束时对学生进行理论和实践考试。结果实习前和实习3个月后,观察组学生理论考试分数与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但实践考试分数与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实习结束后,观察组学生理论及实践考试成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用“模拟康复团队式”带教可提高学生的理论和实践成绩,提高学生对理论知识和综合实践能力的掌握,促进学生积极思考,鼓励学生参与到不同患者的诊疗过程中来,系统地将既往理论学习的知识融会贯通,有利于学生进行深层次的理论及实践的学习。Objective To evaluate the effect of"simulated rehabilitation team"teaching model on the learning effect of clinical interns through retrospective analysis.Methods A total of 124 rehabilitation undergraduate students were divided into control group(n=58)and experimental group(n=66)according to the order of practice.The control group received the traditional rehabilitation teaching m ode.The experimental group adopted the"simulated rehabilitation team"teaching model,and the students were given theoretical and practical examinations 3 months before and after the end of the practice.Results There was no significant difference in the theoretical test score between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05)three months before and after the practice,but there was significant difference in the practical test score between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).After the practice,the scores of students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional rehabilitation teaching model,the"simulated rehabilitation team"teaching model can significantly improve the students'theoretical and practical achievements,and improve the students'mastery of theoretical knowledge and comprehensive practical ability.
