摘　　要：经济法学作为一门新的学科,其理论研究尚不成熟。经济法概念是其理论研究的逻辑起点和价值精髓所在,对经济法学理论体系的建构和经济法律体系的建设都具有重要的意义。根据经济法调整对象社会经济秩序的秩序性、经济性和社会性的法律特性,可知经济法是在资源配置的经济活动过程中,为了维护社会公共利益和协调平衡社会整体利益,确保公平、效益和安全的社会经济秩序,调整社会经济秩序中的市场规制秩序、特别产业秩序和宏观调控秩序的法律规范。Economic law as a new discipline,its theoretical research is not mature.The concept of economic law is the logical starting point and essence of its theoretical research.It is the great significance to the construction of economic legal theory system and the construction of economic legal system.According to the adjustment object of the social and economic order,the order,economic and social legal characteristics of economic law.The economic law is to ensure the fairness,the benefit,the safe,and balance in order to safeguard the public interest of the society and balance the overall interests of the society in the process of economic activities of resource allocation.adjust the market regulation order in the social economic order,the special industrial order and the legal norms of the macro-control order.
