摘　　要：TTL器件和CMOS器件作为逻辑控制电路被广泛应用于自动控制、电子通信等领域,数字集成电路的应用更是依赖于TTL器件和CMOS器件的发展,TTL器件和CMOS器件的并存对接是实现一些数字电路功能的重要条件。文章探讨了TTL器件和CMOS器件的功能、实现对接的条件以及由TTL驱动CMOS电路和CMOS驱动TTL电路所对应接口电路的应用。TTL and CMOS devices are widely used in the fields of automatic control and electronic communication as logic control circuits.The application of digital integrated circuits depends on the development of TTL devices and CMOS devices,the parallel connection between TTL device and CMOS device is an important condition to realize some digital circuit functions.This paper briefly introduces the function of TTL device and CMOS device,the condition of realizing the connection,and the application of the interface circuit between TTL drive CMOS circuit and CMOS drive TTL circuit.
