摘 要:以植物油酸作为生物基树脂,通过酯化反应对环氧树脂进行改性,在环氧树脂分子中引人可氧化聚合的双键,来提高涂膜的干燥速率。通过丙烯酸(酯)单体的接枝聚合,改善涂膜的力学性能,并在聚合物链段中引入羧基,经过与碱中和乳化,制备一种单组分自交联环氧丙烯酸树脂乳液。探讨了催化剂用量和反应温度对酯化反应的影响规律,以及环氧树脂含量、亲水单体含量和植物油酸的类型对乳液与清漆涂层性能的影响。结果表明:当选用亚麻油酸改性环氧树脂时,合成聚合物乳液的固含量为35%,乳胶粒子粒径约为150 nm,所制备的清漆具有干燥速度快、力学性能与防腐性能优良等特点,在95 t下固化4 h后,涂层耐盐雾性能可达500 h以上。The epoxy resin was modified by using vegetable oleic acid as a bio-based resin,through esterification reaction,and double bonds that can be oxidized and polymerized was incorporated into the epoxy resin molecule to increase the drying rate of the coatings film.Through graft polymerization of acrylic monomers,the mechanical properties of the coatings film were improved,and carboxyl groups was incorporated into the polymer segment,which was then neutralized and emulsified with alkali,a 1K self-crosslinking epoxy acrylic resin latex was prepared.The influence of the amount of catalyst and reaction temperature on the esterification reaction,as well as the influence of epoxy resin content,hydrophilic monomer content and vegetable oleic acid type on the performance of latex and varnish coatings were investigated.It was concluded that when using linoleic acid modified epoxy resin,the solid content of the synthetic polymer latex was 35%,the latex particle size was about 150 nm,the prepared varnish provided the characteristics of fast drying speed,excellent mechanical properties and anti-corrosion performance,etc.After curing at 95℃ for 4 h,the salt spray resistance of the coatings could be up to longer than 500 h.
