摘 要:分别添加4种氨基硅烷偶联剂对单组分室温硫化硅橡胶(RTV-1)进行改性,并将其涂覆在铝材上,采用机械性能、粘接性能试验确定最优选择,结合扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)对界面结构元素进行表征并分析其固化机理。结果表明:4种氨基硅烷偶联剂对涂覆层界面粘接性能和表干时间都有改善作用,其中采用2%用量的氨基硅烷偶联剂低聚物(UM956)改性后的硅橡胶与铝材的粘结强度提高了510%左右;单位时间内固化深度增加150%,表干时间降为原有时间的30%左右。SEM和EDS元素分析发现靠近铝片侧的硅橡胶中C元素含量明显高于远离铝片侧的基体硅橡胶,而Si元素含量却少于基体硅橡胶,表明选用的硅焼偶联剂具有一定的自分层富集效应,可以在较低用量的前提下仍然发挥基底增粘与加快固化的作用。The one-component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber(RTV-1)was modified by adding 4 kinds of amino silane coupling agents,and applied on the aluminum substrate respectively,and the mechanical properties and adhesion were tested to find the most suitable types.The scanning electron microscope(SEM)and Energy Disperse Spectroscopy(ESD)were used to characterize the interface structure elements and to analyze their curing mechanism.The results showed that the four amino silane coupling agents could provide remarkable improvement,of which the bonding strength of silicone rubber on aluminum modified with 2%of the amino silane coupling agent oligomer(UM956)increased by about 510%;the curing degree per unit time was increased by 150%,and the surface drying time was reduced by 30%.SEM and EDS element analysis revealed that the content of element C in the silicone rubber near the aluminum sheet side was significantly higher than that of the silicone rubber matrix far away from the aluminum sheet side,while the element Si content was less than that in silicone rubber matrix,indicating that the selected silane coupling agent provided a certain of the self-stratification enrichment effect,and could still play the role of enhancement of adhesion on substrate and accelerated curing process under the premise of lower dosage.
