摘  要:为研究涂料油墨制造业挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放绩效体系,并证明工业源VOCs排放绩效体系的可行性与必要性,以15家典型涂料油墨制造行业企业为样本,定义排放绩效指标,并用SPSS软件对实验结果进行统计描述,结果表明:涂料制造行业样本排放绩效平均值为4.85 kg/t,是现有体系内排放绩效值的1/3左右,油墨制造行业样本排放绩效平均值为3.82 kg/t,是现有体系内排放绩效值的1/13左右。建立以“企业”为基础的个性化排放绩效体系对企业、行业、管理部门都有非常积极的意义,结果有利于推进企业完善自主污染管理,引导行业减排,推动产业结构的优化。To study the volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emission performance system in paint and ink manufacturing industry,and to prove the feasibility and necessity of its industrial source VOCs emission performance system,15 typical coatings and ink manufacturing factories were selected as samples,to define the emission performance indicators,and used SPSS software for statistical indication.The results showed that the average emission performance value of the coatings manufacturing industry samples was 4.85 g/kg,which was about 1/3 of the emission performance value of existing systems.The average value of the emission performance value of the ink manufacturing industry samples was 3.82 g/kg,which was about 1/3 of the emission performance value of existing systems.The establishment of a“factory”-based personalized emission performance system provided a very positive significance for factories,industries,and management institutions.The result was conducive to promoting enterprises to improve their self-managed pollution control,guiding the industry to reduce emissions,and promoting the optimization of the industrial structure.
