摘　　要：目的筛选出一种实验动物编号标记方法,满足低毒、号码清晰、耐久、操作便捷和经济的要求。方法选择0.5%中性品红、2%硝酸银溶液和0.5%甲基紫溶液、2.5%溴甲酚绿溶液对小鼠进行染色编号标记,同时选取合适的染色液做小鼠急性经口毒性试验,筛选出号码清晰可辨、耐久、操作便捷、低毒和经济的染色液。结果2.5%溴甲酚绿溶液标记小鼠维持20~30d,小鼠急性经口毒性LD50>5000mg/kg体重。结论单色溴甲酚绿溶液对小鼠染色编号标记,是一种低毒、操作便捷、价格低廉、号码清晰可辨的实验动物编号标记方法。Objective The selection of an experimental animal number marking method satisfies the requirements of low toxicity,clear label,durability,easy operation,cheap and quick identification.Methods Select the dyeing solution 0.5% neutral magenta,2% silver nitrate solution and methyl purple solution,2.5% bromocresol green solution to mark the mice,and take the appropriate staining solution as the acute oral toxicity test of the mice to screen the dyeing solution with clear mark,durability,simple operation and low toxicity.Result 2.5% bromocresol green solution labeled mice maintained for 20~30d,and acute oral toxicity LD50 in mice was>5000mg/kg body weight.Conclusion Monochrome bromocresol green solution is a kind of low toxicity,simple and convenient operation,low price and quick identification method for labeling of experimental animals.
