摘　　要：大学生党员教育培养是高校党建工作的重要组成部分。新时代全面从严治党必然要求高校进一步加强对大学生党员的教育管理,尤其是2019年中共中央印发了《中国共产党党员教育管理工作条例》后更加需要我们在大学生党员教育管理上探索行之有效的党建工作模式,不断促进大学生党员的先进性建设。The education and training of college student party members is an important part of the party building work in Colleges and universities.In the new era,strict administration of the party must require universities to further strengthen the education and management of Party members.Especially after the Central Committee issued the regulations on the education and administration of the CPC members in 2019,we need to explore effective party building work patterns in the education and management of college student party members,and constantly promote the advanced nature of China’s college students.
