新时代民政档案综合管理体制的改革与创新

摘　　要：改革创新是新时代发展的潮流,民政档案工作者如何改革创新提升站位以适应时代发展的需要,笔者从民政档案管理的现状及存在的问题出发,提出了以法律建设为统领,创新管理体制,以综合管理为核心,优化管理模式,以信息网络为依托,整合档案资源,以信息化共享为目标,创新服务模式,从多角度阐述了如何创新民政档案综合管理水平,服务新时代的发展需求,全面提升民政档案综合管理能力和服务水平。Reform and innovation is the trend of the development of the new era.How to reform,innovate and enhance the position of civil archivists to meet the needs of the development of the times,the author,starting from the current situation and existing problems of civil affairs archives management,puts forward the following suggestions:Taking the legal construction as the guidance,innovating the management system,taking the comprehensive management as the core,optimizing the management mode,relying on the information network,and integrating the archives resources,taking information sharing as the goal and innovating service mode,this paper expounds how to innovate the comprehensive management level of civil affairs archives,serve the development needs of the new era,and comprehensively improve the comprehensive management ability and service level of civil affairs archives.
