异地新校区学生工作特点及其实践研究

摘　　要：异地校区的加入,有力提升了当地的高等教育水平。然而,从异地办学的实践来看,异地新校区学生工作面临思政教育薄弱、传承校本部文化不足、校园第二课堂单一等问题,基于此,本文结合异地新校区的学生工作实际问题,提出了加强大学精神与文化的营造、加强学工队伍建设及丰富学生的第二课堂生活等措施。The participation of other campuses has greatly improved the level of local higher education.However,from the practice of running schools in different places,the students’work in new campuses in different places is faced with such problems as weak ideological and political education,insufficient inheritance of school based culture,and single second classroom on campus.Based on this,combined with the practical problems of student work in the new campus,this paper puts forward measures to strengthen the construction of university spirit and culture,strengthen the construction of students’team and enrich the students’second classroom life.
