摘 要:通过TBM设备实地组装所需最小空间的需求,在充分考虑设备尺寸、安装方式、地质条件以及衬砌结构等因素,结合后期配套工程施工组织需求,从施工角度分析确定TBM组装洞室断面尺寸,并且从施工安全性出发,因地制宜提出根据具体揭露围岩状况,调整各洞室施工里程,优化洞室长度,从而达到设计与施工的动态科学结合.同时也就如何安全、高效地完成大跨度组装洞室具体施工方案进行论述,从而为今后地下空间TBM组装洞室的设计与施工提供参考价值.In this paper,the minimum space required on the spot assembly of TBM was introduced.With full consideration of the equipment size,installation method,geological conditions,lining structure and other factors,the section size of TBM assembly cavern was determined from the angle of construction based on construction organization requirements of the later supporting.In addition,starting from the construction safety,the paper put forward some points to adjust the construction mileage of each cavern,and optimize the length of cavern in according with the specific conditions of surrounding rock in the local area,so as to achieve the dynamic and scientific combination of design and construction.At the same time,it also discussed how to complete the concrete construction plan of the large-span assembly cavern safely and efficiently,thus providing reference value for the design and construction of TBM assembly cavern in underground space in the future.
