摘 要:菏泽市丹阳立交桥全长2032 m,在京九铁路交汇处附近采用跨径组合为(38+102+240+102+38)m斜拉桥转体上跨,同时以转体斜拉长度238 m、转体重量2.48万t、钢球铰直径4.5m创造当时转体桥梁单转结构长度、重量及钢球铰直径3项记录.本文对该桥转体施工所采用的关键测量技术做了详细阐述,包括主桥施工控制网建立、球铰定位和滑道水平控制、斜拉索索导管定位、梁体线形监控和转体过程控制,使得该桥平面、高程定位均得到有效控制,在转体桥梁施工测量控制中具有良好的推广应用价值.Danyang Flyover was located in Heze City,Shandong Province,its total length was 2 032 m.The span combination of(38+102+240+102+38) m was used to cross the Beijing-Kowloon Railway.The plane rotation technology was used for the main span construction,the diagonal length was 238 m and its weight was 24 800 t.The diameter of steel ball hinge reached 4.5 m.The rotation structure length,weight and the size of steel ball hinge all made records at that time.With Danyang Flyover as a sample,the paper showed the key measuring technologies during bridge rotation construction,which including the construction control network for main bridge,the fixed position of steel ball hinge,the control of slideway horizontal accuracy,the positioning measurement of stayed cable conduit,the monitoring of bridge alignment and the control accuracy in the rotation construction.Based on above key technologies,the construction accuracy of bridge plane and elevation positioning were effectively improved,the results of the paper were also helpful for the similar projects.
