金氏脉学对单纯性胃溃疡临床诊断效果分析

摘　　要：目的胃溃疡主要通过胃镜进行诊断,但由于其在操作过程中对胃损害较大,患者疼痛感较强,未被广大患者接受。本研究探讨金氏脉诊对单纯性胃溃疡临床诊断价值。方法选取2018-06-01-2018-12-31山东省中医药研究院附属医院收治的58例拟诊断为单纯性胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,对58例患者分别进行胃镜检查和金氏脉诊检查,对比两种检查方法诊断率以及对溃疡面积契合度评分。结果在58例疑似单纯性胃溃疡患者中,胃镜诊断结果54例确诊阳性,4例阴性;脉诊诊断结果52例阳性,6例阴性,金氏脉诊对单纯性胃溃疡诊断灵敏度为94.4%、特异度为75.0%、准确率为93.1%,与胃镜诊断结果比较,χ^2=0.438,P=0.743。金氏脉诊诊断溃疡面积契合度评分为(4.66±0.79)分,金氏脉诊的契合度为85.3%。结论金氏脉诊对诊断单纯性胃溃疡精确有效,安全无创,具有较高临床诊断价值。OBJECTIVE Gastric ulcer is mainly diagnosed by gastroscope,but because of its greater damage to the stomach during the operation,the patient has a strong sense of pain and is not accepted by the majority of patients.This study explored the clinical value of Jin’s pulse diagnosis for simple gastric ulcer.METHODS A total of 58 patients who were diagnosed as simple gastric ulcers from June 1,to December 31,2018 in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research object.The diagnostic rates of the two examination methods and score the fit of the ulcer area were compared.RESULTS Among 58 patients with suspected simple gastric ulcer,54 cases were diagnosed positive and 4 negative by gastroscopy.52 cases were diagnosed positive and 6 cases were negative by pulse diagnosis.The sensitivity of Jin’s Pulse Diagnosis for simple gastric ulcer was 94.4%.The specificity was 75.0%and the accuracy rate was 93.1%.Compared with the results of gastroscopy,χ^2=0.438,P=0.743.The fit score of ulcer area diagnosed by Jin’s pulse diagnosis was(4.66±0.79)points,and the coincidence rate of Jin’s Pulse Diagnosis was85.3%.CONCLUSIONS Jin’s Pulse Diagnosis is accurate and effective for the diagnosis of simple gastric ulcer,safe and non-invasive,and has high clinical diagnostic value.
