摘　　要：肥胖的影响因素众多,而肠道微生态在肥胖发生发展中的作用逐渐引起关注。文章综述了饮食通过调节肠道微生态对肥胖的影响的研究进展。There are many factors affecting obesity,including dietary factors,hereditary factors,social factors,bad habits and so on.The role of intestinal microecology in the development of obesity has gradually attracted attention.This paper reviewed the research advancement of the effects of diet on obesity by regulating intestinal microecology.
