摘　　要：为探寻男篮世界杯中国队的失利原因,提升中国男子篮球队参与奥运落选赛的竞技实力,通过文献资料调研、问卷调查、数理统计、专家访谈及特尔菲法等方法,采用Likert 5级量表分别给影响因子按等级赋值1~5分,运用SPSS24.0对所得数据进行探索性因子分析。研究结果表明,在影响中国男篮失利的15个微观因子中,经主成分分析后可提取出“训练效应”“经验与技战术”“教练因素”“基础实力”与“竞争对手”5个公因子,方差贡献率为79.569%。其中,公因子1(训练效应)与公因子2(经验与技战术)载荷最大,包含的信息数量最多。据此,在深入分析研究结果的基础上,提出提高训练效应、重视战术和谐、优化阵容结构、改变主教练选聘机制、加强对竞争对手的研究等相应对策。In order to explore the reasons for the defeat of the Chinese team in the men s basketball World Cup and to enhance the competitive strength of the Chinese men s basketball team in the Olympics,this research uses the methods of literature research,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,expert interviews and Delphi method,Likert 5 The grading scale assigns the impact factor to 1-5 points according to the grade,and uses SPSS24.0 to conduct exploratory factor analysis on the obtained data.The results show that among the 15 micro-factors that affect the Chinese men s basketball team s defeat,after the principal component analysis,five common factors,such as training effect,experience and skills and tactics,coaching factors,basic strength and competitors,can be extracted,the rate is 79.569%.Among them,the common factor 1(training effect)and the common factor 2(experience and skill tactics)have the largest load and contain the largest amount of information.Based on the in-depth analysis of the research results,the corresponding countermeasures such as improving the training effect,attaching importance to tactical harmony,optimizing the lineup structure,changing the coach selection mechanism,and strengthening the research on competitors are proposed.
