男性尖锐湿疣病人无症状异性性伴宫颈高危型HPV基因型分析

摘　　要：目的探讨男性尖锐湿疣(CA)病人的无症状异性性伴宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染分布情况。方法对121例男性CA病人的无症状异性性伴和84例健康体检女性人群的宫颈脱落细胞进行高危型HPV基因型检测。结果男性CA病人无症状异性性伴和健康体检女性的宫颈高危型HPV阳性率分别为64.46%(78/121)和20.24%(17/84),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=38.997,P<0.05)。男性CA病人无症状异性性伴检出的宫颈高危型HPV排前5位的依次是HPV52、HPV16、HPV53、HPV58、HPV51等。78例高危型HPV感染的无症状异性性伴中单一高危感染占60.26%,多重高危感染占39.74%。结论男性CA病人的无症状异性性伴宫颈高危型HPV感染率高且存在多重感染,有必要对其进行常规宫颈高危型HPV检测,这对预防女性宫颈癌的发生有重要临床意义。ObjectiveTo investigate the genotype distribution of cervical high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)in the asymptomatic heterosexual partners of male patients with condylomata acuminata(CA).MethodsCervical exfoliated cells were collected from the asymptomatic heterosexual partners of 121 male CA patients and 84 healthy women for physical examination to detect the high-risk HPV genotyping.ResultsThe cervical high-risk HPV positive rates in the asymptomatic heterosexual partners of the male CA patients and in the healthy women were 64.46%(78/121)and 20.24%(17/84),respectively,with a significant difference between the two groups(χ2=38.997,P<0.05).The top five cervical high-risk HPV genotypes in the asymptomatic heterosexual partners of the male CA patients were HPV52,HPV16,HPV53,HPV58,HPV51.Of the 78 cases of cervical high-risk HPV,the proportions of single infection and multiple infection were 60.26%and 39.74%,respectively.ConclusionThe asymptomatic heterosexual partners of male patients with CA have a high infection rate with cervical high-risk HPV and are at risk of multiple infection.Therefore,it is necessary to routinely screen them for cervical high-risk HPV,which has clinical significance for preventing the development of cervical cancer.
