摘  要:目的了解大学生对新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情的认知及心理行为反应状况,为进一步疫情防控宣教及相关心理干预提供科学依据及参考。方法2020年3月8日—3月14日,通过网络问卷平台,对我校1365名大学生进行了疫情认知自评、心理行为调查以及焦虑水平调查。结果 我校大学生对新冠肺炎疫情的发展持关注态度,网络媒体是大学生获取相关信息的主要途径;大学生对此次疫情相关知识的认知和熟悉程度总体上处于相对熟悉水平,医学生的认知熟悉程度要明显高于非医学生。心理行为反应的调查显示,绝大多数大学生对新冠肺炎疫情保持积极的应对行为,少部分学生存在消极的应对行为;8.21%的学生焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分高于50分,男女SAS得分差异无显著性,医学生的SAS得分明显高于非医学生(t=4.818,P<0.05),研究生的SAS得分明显高于本科生(t=2.264,P<0.05),且医学研究生的SAS得分明显高于医学本科生(t=2.726,P<0.05)。结论 我校大学生对新冠肺炎疫情具备较全面的认知,但仍有较大的提升空间。突发的疫情会影响学生的心理状态,甚至会使其产生焦虑等不良情绪,提示应加强防控宣教、尽早给予有效干预,这对提高高校学生的心理健康水平、加筑抗疫防线具有重要意义。ObjectiveTo investigate the awareness of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic and psychological behavior among college students,and to provide scientific basis and reference for further prevention and control of the epidemic si-tuation and related psychological intervention.MethodsFrom March 8 to March 14,2020,an online questionnaire platform was used to conduct a self-evaluation of the awareness of the epidemic situation and an investigation of psychological behavior and anxiety level among 1365 college students in our university.ResultsThe students in our university were concerned about the deve-lopment of the COVID-19 epidemic,and online media was the main method for college students to obtain relevant information.College students were relatively familiar with the knowledge of the epidemic,and the medical students had a significantly higher degree of familiarity than the non-medical students.The survey of psychological and behavioral responses showed that the vast majority of the college students maintained a positive response to the COVID-19 epidemic,and a small number of students had negative responses.Of all students,8.21%had a Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score of>50,and there was no significant difference in SAS score between male and female students.The medical students had a significantly higher SAS score than the non-medical students(t=4.818,P<0.05),and the postgraduate students had a significantly higher SAS score than the undergraduate students(t=2.264,P<0.05).The postgraduate medical students had a significantly higher SAS score than the undergraduate medical students(t=2.726,P<0.05).ConclusionCollege students in our school have a comprehensive understanding of the COVID-19 epide-mic,but there is still room for improvement.The unexpected epidemic situation will affect students’psychological state and even cause negative emotions including anxiety.This suggests that the education on prevention and control should be strengthened and effective intervention should be given as soon as possible,w
