摘 要:目的评价通体沉香醇提物对正常和免疫抑制小鼠的免疫增强作用。方法采用环磷酰胺腹腔注射制备小鼠免疫抑制模型,沉香醇提物灌胃给药,分别计算小鼠的足趾肿胀程度、胸腺和脾脏指数、淋巴细胞增殖转化能力、抗体生成数及血清溶血素水平等免疫学指标。结果沉香醇提物高剂量可显著升高正常和免疫抑制小鼠的足趾肿胀程度、胸腺和脾脏指数、淋巴细胞增殖刺激因子、抗体生成数及血清半数溶血值。结论沉香醇提物可增强小鼠的免疫功能。Objective To evaluate the immune-enhancing effect of agarwood alcohol extract produced via whole-tree agarwood-inducing technique(WTAAE) of Aquilaria sinensis on normal and immunosuppressed mice. Methods Immunosuppression model mice were made by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide. WTAAE continuous lavage. Calculate toes swelling degree, indexes of thymus and spleen in mice, the transforming ability of lymphocyte proliferation, antibody generation number and half hemolytic value(HC50) were measured. Results The high dose of WTAAE significantly increased the degree of toe swelling, thymus and spleen indexes, lymphocyte proliferation, antibody production and HC50 in normal and immunosuppressed mice.Conclusion The results suggest that WTAAE could enhance the immune function of mice.
