摘  要:目的通过建立经典名方芍药甘草汤高效液相指纹图谱,研究芍药甘草汤中单味药材-炮制品-复方制剂过程中质量的传递性和稳定性。方法采用回流提取法制备芍药甘草汤中单味原药材、炮制品和复方提取物,采用HPLC法建立芍药甘草汤指纹图谱,通过总量统计矩加合参数法分析单味药材-炮制品-复方过程化学成分及其含量的传递性。并通过总量统计矩和信息熵能客观阐述中药及其复方成分中变与不变规律。结果建立了芍药甘草汤高效液相指纹图谱,重复性、稳定性较好;芍药、甘草及全方的一阶矩和信息熵的平均RSD <10%,说明药材及复方整体性质上的不变,峰数、零阶矩、二阶矩、和信息量的平均RSD> 10%,说明药材及复方在成分和含量上遵循Hard-Weinberg平衡。芍药甘草汤总量一阶矩(λT,i=1)的加合性为97.65%,总量二阶矩(σ2T,i=1)的加合性为105.6%,平均加合性为81.95%。结论总量统计矩该方法为芍药甘草汤质量控制提供了方法支撑,统计矩的加合性能阐述药材-炮制品-复方的传递性,旨为经典名方质量控制方面提供一种新思路。Objective To establish the high-quality liquid fingerprint of the Ancient Classical Prescription Shaoyao Gancao Decoction, and to study the quality transfer and stability of the single-medicinal herb-facilitated-complex preparation in Shaoyao Gancao Decoction.Methods The single-flavored medicinal materials, processed products and compound extracts from Shaoyao Gancao Decoction were prepared by reflux extraction method. The fingerprint of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction was established by HPLC method. The single-flavored medicine-facilitated products were analyzed by total statistical moment addition parameter method. The transfer of chemical components and their contents in the compound process. Through the total statistical moment and information entropy, the changes and invariants of Chinese medicine and its compound components can be objectively explained.Results The HPLC fingerprint of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction was established with good reproducibility and stability. The average RSD of the first moment and information entropy of paeoniflorin, licorice and whole body was less than 10%, indicating that the overall properties of the herbs and compounds were not The average RSD of the peak number, the zeroth moment, the second moment, and the information amount is >10%, indicating that the medicinal materials and the compound follow the Hard-Weinberg equilibrium in composition and content. The decoction additional parameter λT,i=1 was 97.65%,σT^2,i=1 was 105.6%, average additional parameter was 70.13%.The addition of the first moment of the paeonia licorice soup was 81.95%.Conclusion The total statistical moment is The quality control of Shaoyao Gancaotang provides method support, and the additive performance of statistical moments describes the transitivity of medicinal materials-produced products-combination, aiming to provide a new idea for the quality control of classical prescription.
