摘　　要：目的探讨温肾化瘀法治疗肾虚血瘀型子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效及作用机理。方法采用温肾化瘀法治疗肾虚血瘀型子宫内膜异位症30例,进行治疗前后症状及体征评分、观察治疗前后血清中缓激肽(bradykinin,BK)、PGF2α的变化。结果观察组总有效率为70%;治疗3个月经周期后痛经VAS评分、症状及体征评分均低于治疗前(P<0.01);治疗后血清BK、PGF2α水平明显降低(P<0.01)。结论温肾化瘀法可明显改善患者临床症状及体征,降低患者血清中BK、PGF2α的含量,提示温肾化瘀法可通过调节致痛物质Bk及PGF2α的释放发挥治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用。Objective To research the clinical effects and mechanism of Wenshenhuayu method in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods Wenshenhuayu method was applied to treat 30 patients with endometriosis.The paper observed the improving conditions of mainly symptom after the treatment,and detected the serum contents of PGF2α and BK.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 70%.After treatment, scores of VAS,symptoms and signs obviously decreased compared to pre-treatment(P<0.01);The levels of serum BK and PGF2α obviously decreased with statistical significance after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion The Wenshenhuayu method can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with endometriosis, decrease the value of serum BK and PGF2α of patients with endometriosis, and played an important part in treating endometriosis by inducing algogenic substances.
