双敏疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的基于腧穴敏化论为指导,以膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)为研究对象,观察双敏疗法治疗K0A的临床疗效。方法将60例KOA患者,按随机数字表法分为试验组(双敏疗法组)和观察组(玻璃酸钠组),各组30例,两组均1周为一个疗程,共治疗5个疗程。于治疗前和治疗末分别运用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和骨关节炎指数评分量表(WOMAC)、Lysholm评分评估受试者基本状态。最后,采用Epidate 3.1版录入数据,应用软件SPSS25.0统计分析。结果两组受试者治疗末VAS评分、疼痛、僵硬、日常活动、WOMAC总评分、Lysholm评分分别与治疗前组内比较,差异均有统计学显著性意义(P<0.01);两组受试者治疗末分别VAS评分、疼痛、僵硬、日常活动、WOMAC总评分、Lysholm评分组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组受试者疗效比较,试验组控显率73.33%,总有效率90.00%,对照组控显率50.00%,总有效率83.33%,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双敏疗法治疗K0A疗效显著,可显著降低疼痛、减轻僵硬、改善日常功能活动、缓解韧带损伤症状等,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of dual-sensitivity therapy on K0 A in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA) based on acupoint sensitization theory.Methods 60 cases of KOA patients were divided into the experimental group(dual-sensitization therapy group) and observation group(sodium hyaluronate group) according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Each group received one course of treatment for 1 week, with a total of 5 courses of treatment.Visual analogue scale(VAS), WOMAC and Lysholm scores were used to evaluate the basic status of subjects before and at the end of treatment.Finally, Epidate 3.1 was used to input data and the application software SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results VAS score at the end of treatment, pain, stiffness, daily activities, WOMAC total score and Lysholm score of the subjects in the two groups were compared with those in the group before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).VAS score, pain, stiffness, daily activities, WOMAC total score and Lysholm score were compared between the two groups at the end of treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of efficacy between subjects in the two groups showed that the control rate was 73.33% and the total effective rate was 90.00% in the experimental group, and 50.00% and 83.33% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dual sensitivity therapy has a significant effect on the treatment of K0 A, which can significantly reduce pain, relieve stiffness, improve daily functional activities, and relieve the symptoms of ligament injury, so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
