摘　　要：慢性胰腺炎临床主要表现为反复发作的上腹部疼痛和胰腺内、外分泌功能不全,且多有向胰腺癌转化的趋势。现代医学对慢性胰腺炎炎癌转化虽有一定研究,但中医对其病因病机尚无太多阐述,各医家对其见解仍有很大差异。从中医病因病机角度分析,慢性胰腺炎炎癌转化多以正气虚损为根本病因,邪气壅实为直接致病因素。临床实践表明,祖国传统医学对慢性胰腺炎及胰腺癌的疗效明显,故该文将对慢性胰腺炎和胰腺癌的中医病因病机进行介绍,并运用中医理论对慢性胰腺炎炎癌转化的过程进行浅析。Chronic pancreatitis(CP) is recurrent upper abdominal pain and pancreatic endocrine and exocrine insufficiency, which may convert to pancreatic cancer. Although several researches focus on the transformation of CP to pancreatic cancer, the etiology and pathogenesis of CP have not been expounded enough in the traditional Chinese medicine, therefore, controversies still exist in various doctrines. Based on the traditional Chinese medicine, deficiency of healthy qi is the fundamental cause of CP converting into pancreatic cancer, and perverse trend is the direct causative factors. Clinical practice shows that the traditional Chinese medicine has obvious curative effect on CP and pancreatic cancer. In this article, we will review the etiology and pathogenesis of CP and pancreatic cancer in the traditional Chinese medicine, and analyze the process of CP to pancreatic cancer with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
