摘 要:以丰宁抽水蓄能电站地下厂房为原型,采用三维有限元软件ANYSYS对1#机组段地下厂房进行了结构动力计算,分析了厂房可能出现的振源,并对其进行相应复核,运用谐响应分析法对不同扰动幅值及动荷载频率下厂房整体结构的动力响应,通过厂房自身的振动特性,对厂房整体结构进行了共振复核,结果表明:当厂房处于较低频率时,其机械的转速、叶片数等基本不会出现共振的危险,整体结构稳定;厂房整体共振频率可能性小,整体受动力影响较小,振动来源及所振动的速度和加速度都是在承受范围内,结构设计规范,设计合理。The structure below the generator floor of the underground powerhouse of Hebei Fengning pump house is mass concrete structure.At the same time,due to the constraint of surrounding rock,the stress situation is complex.In this paper,three-dimensional finite element software ANSYS is used to calculate the structural dynamic of the underground powerhouse of Fengning pump house.The natural vibration characteristics of the whole plant structure are analyzed,the results show that:when the plant is at a low frequency,the rotating speed and blade number of the machine will not appear the risk of resonance,and the overall structure is stable;the possibility of the overall resonance frequency of the workshop is small,the overall impact of the dynamic is small,the vibration source and the vibration speed and acceleration are within the bearing range,the structure design is standard and the design is reasonable.
