摘 要:在大数据背景下,海量数据呈现出一定的无序和混沌状态,图书馆作为院校的文献信息中心和教育信息化建设的主要基地,是军校专业化、系统化、学科化知识管理的重要依托。笔者基于知识经济时代的数据增长特征,对知识管理与学科化知识管理的概念进行分析,分析了大数据驱动下传统知识管理面临的挑战,提出军校图书馆学科化知识管理的5种优化途径,旨在促进图书馆知识管理的功能转型和模式优化,满足军校学科建设和军事人才培养的实际需求。Under the background of big data,massive data presents a certain disorder and chaotic state.As the literature information center of colleges and universities and the main base of education informatization construction,library is an important support for professional,systematic and disciplinary knowledge management of military academies.Based on the characteristics of data growth in the era of knowledge economy,the author analyzes the concepts of knowledge management and disciplinary knowledge management,analyzes the challenges faced by traditional knowledge management driven by big data,and puts forward five optimization ways of disciplinary knowledge management in military academy library,aiming to promote the function transformation and mode optimization of library knowledge management,and meet the needs of military academy discipline construction and military talents The actual needs of training.
