摘 要:排岩机是露天矿连续和半连续开采工艺中的关键设备,本文介绍了常用排岩机的工作原理与结构特点,以及国内外排岩机的发展历程及研究现状,从岩土输送、转载抗磨减震、除尘抑尘、液压与电气控制五个方面介绍了目前应用在排岩机上各领域的典型技术及新技术。最后,提出了排岩机的研究方向和发展趋势:加强整机的稳定性、可靠性等方面理论研究,把握高人机交互性、低能耗、高效率等方向发展。为今后科研人员深入研究提供参考。The spreader is the key equipment in the continuous and semi-continuous mining process of open-pit mine.This paper introduces the working principle and structural characteristics of the common spreader,as well as the domestic and foreign development process and research status of the spreader,then describes the currenttypical technology and new technology application in various fields of the spreader from five aspects of geotechnical transportation,anti-wear and shock absorption on transfer,dust removal and suppression,hydraulic and electrical control.Finally,theresearch directionesof the spreaderand the development trend of the spreader are discussed,it is strengthening theoretical research on stability and reliability of the whole spreader and grasping the direction of man-machine interaction,low-energy and high-efficiency.Which can provide reference for further research of researchers.
