摘 要:大型海上风力发电机主轴-齿轮箱法兰连接的可靠性对风电机组的平稳运行具有重要影响。本文通过Abaqus有限元软件建立主轴-齿轮箱法兰连接简化模型,分析法兰连接接触面径向、周向及轴向的接触应力及变形情况,得到了极限载荷下法兰连接接触面应力场和变形值分布特点。研究齿轮箱等梯度变化重力下热点部位的应力场参数,获得了法兰连接关键部位应力场对齿轮箱的重力响应规律。最后,通过主轴-齿轮箱法兰连接性能的研究,提出了合理配置齿轮箱重力以改善连接面的应力场分布的方法,为法兰连接的工程设计提供了一定的理论指导。Reliability of flange connection between main shaft and gear box plays a role in smooth running of large offshore wind turbine.In this paper,the simplified model of flange connection between main shaft and gear box was established by using Abaqus FEM.The radial,circumferential and axial contact stress on flange connection interface were analyzed.Then the distribution characteristics of stress field and deformation on flange connection interface under ultimate load were obtained.Through studying stress of gearbox hot spot part under the same gradient of gravity,the rule of gravity response of stress field to gearbox was obtained.Finally,through researching the connection performance of spindle-gearbox flange,the method of reasonably configuring the gravity of gearbox to improve the stress field distribution of the connection surface is put forward,which provides some theoretical guidance for the engineering design of flange connection.
