摘 要:近年来,重大装备正朝着长寿命、高可靠性的方向发展,过盈联接作为基础的联接方式对于可靠性的要求越来越高。本文将风电锁紧盘作为实例,构建了多层过盈联接的力学模型,得到考虑承载性能和过盈层结构强度的可靠度数学模型,以此为基础进行参数灵敏度分析。通过研究过盈量、摩擦系数、装配间隙、材料屈服强度均值变化对锁紧盘可靠性灵敏度的作用规律,得到锁紧盘尺寸设计和材料选型的优先设计变量,给出了各参数的推荐取值。本文从可靠性灵敏度的角度为参数精准选择提供了依据,不仅完善了多层过盈联接的可靠性设计理论,同时也为锁紧盘性能优化提供了一定的技术指导。In recent years,the major equipment is developing towards the direction of long life and high reliability,and the requirements of the interference fit as the basic connection mode for reliability are higher and higher.In this paper,the wind turbine’s shrink disk is taken as an example to establish the mechanical model of multi-layer interference fit,and the reliability mathematical model considering the bearing capacity and the strength of interference layer structure is obtained,based on which the parameter sensitivity analysis is carried out.By studying the effect for the mean variation of interference,friction coefficient,assembly clearance and material yield strength on the reliability sensitivity,the priority design variables of the size design and material selection of the shrink disk are obtained,and the recommended values of each parameter are given.This paper provides a basis for the accurate selection of parameters from the perspective of reliability sensitivity.It not only improves the reliability design theory of multi-layer interference fit,but also provides some technical guidance for the performance optimization of shrink disk.
