深圳市258例新型冠状病毒肺炎患者临床特征及新型冠状病毒肺炎疫名属性的思考

摘　　要：基于深圳市258例新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称"新冠肺炎")患者的临床特征,结合《温疫论》等中医文献对瘟疫的认识,从疫病传染性、流行性、季节性及临床特征等角度,提出新冠肺炎属"瘟疫",并认为"寒疫""寒湿疫"难以解释新冠肺炎的病因病机,"非其时而有其气"、温疫多夹湿、温邪从口鼻而入首先犯肺、湿热疫的特点与演变及患者临床特征均可为新冠肺炎为"湿热疫"提供证据。同时辨析新冠肺炎为"湿热疫"还需要注意湿热疫是寒温之辨的结合,恶寒、身痛可为湿热疫初起症状,白苔或白滑腻苔是湿热疫初起舌苔特征,使用西药后出现的变证等问题。Based on the clinical characteristics of 258 patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in Shenzhen,combined with the understanding of the plague in Chinese medical literature such as Theory of Epidemic Disease(《温疫论》),from the perspective of the infectiousness,epidemic,seasonality and clinical characteristics,it is proposed that the COVID-19 belongs to the"plague".It is believed that the"cold pestilence"and"cold damp pestilence"cannot explain the etiology and pathogenesis of COVID-19.Abnormal climate,warm pestilence mostly mixed with dampness,warm pathogen entering from the nose and mouth,first invading the lung,the characteristics and damp-heat pestilence and its evolution as well as the clinical characteristic of patients can provide evidence for the"damp-heat epidemic"of COVID-19.At the same time,when distinguishing COVID-19 as"damp-heat epidemic",it is also necessary to pay attention to the following aspects,the damp-heat epidemic being a combination of cold and warm;aversion to cold and body pain being the initial symptoms of the damp-heat epidemic;white tongue coating or slippery tongue coating being the characteristic of tongue coating at the beginning of the damp-heat epidemic,and the symptoms changing after using western medicine.
