基于CIDI-A问卷的人工流产妇女抑郁症状发生状况及影响因素的调查研究

摘　　要：目的探究人工流产妇女抑郁症状的发生状况及影响因素。方法利用自设问卷收集人工流产妇女的一般资料,利用WHO短版的复合性国际诊断访谈表的A问卷(CIDI-A问卷)收集人工流产妇女抑郁症状的发生状况。结果本研究调查188例人工流产妇女,42例(22.3%)在过去的1年内曾出现过≥1种抑郁症状,其中有33例(78.6%)出现抑郁情绪。进一步可被诊断为重度抑郁发作(MDE)者10例,粗患病率为5.3%。健康状况(OR=1.752,95%CI:1.037~2.960)、个人收入(OR=0.666,95%CI:0.447~0.990)、有无亲子女(OR=3.532,95%CI:1.263~9.874)、近两年内是否有过分居/离异(OR=21.097,95%CI:2.768~160.813)及生活满意度(OR=3.709,95%CI:1.934~7.112)是妇女发生抑郁症状的主要危险因素。结论人工流产妇女抑郁症状发生率高,影响因素比较复杂。Objective To explore the incidence and influencing factors of depression in induced abortion women.Methods The general data of induced abortion women were collected by self-designed questionnaire,and the occurrence of depression in induced abortion women was collected by short version of the WHO composite international diagnostic interview–A questionnaire(CIDI-A questionnaire).Results This study investigated 188 women with induced abortion,42(22.3%)had more than one kind of depression symptoms in the past year,33(78.6%)of them had depression.10 patients could be further diagnosed as Major depressive episode(MDE),with a crude prevalence of 5.3%.Health status(OR=1.752,95%CI:1.037~2.960),personal income(OR=0.666,95%CI:0.447~0.990),parenthood(OR=3.532,95%CI:1.263~9.874),separation/divorce in the past two years(OR=21.097,95%CI:2.768~160.813)and life satisfaction(OR=3.709,95%CI:1.934~7.112)were the main risk factors for depression in women.Conclusion The incidence of depression in induced abortion women is relatively high,and the influencing factors are complex.
