吉林省实施乡村振兴战略的金融支持路径研究

摘　　要：乡村振兴战略的实施离不开金融的有效支持。当前,吉林省农村金融综合改革效果显著,但也存在农村金融供需不均衡、金融组织体系不完备、涉农金融产品单一、风险分散机制不健全等问题。应从构建现代农业发展的产业体系、生产体系和经营体系,扩大农村金融市场开放,完善基础设施建设,促进农业保险进一步发展,加大农村金融宣传力度,创新农村金融法律体系等方面着手,进一步深化吉林省农村金融综合改革,助推乡村振兴战略顺利实施。The implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy is inseparable from the effective support of finance.At present,the comprehensive reform of rural finance in Jilin Province has achieved remarkable results,but there are also some problems,such as unbalanced supply and demand of rural finance,incomplete financial organization system,single agricultural financial products and imperfect risk dispersion mechanism.In order to further deepen the comprehensive reform of rural finance in Jilin Province and promote the smooth implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy,we should construct the industrial system,production system and management system of modern agricultural development,expand the opening of rural financial market,improve the infrastructure construction,promote the further development of agricultural insurance,increase the publicity of rural finance,and innovate the rural financial legal system.
