摘  要:为提高AlH3粉体的稳定性,采用溶胶凝胶法在AlH3微米粉体表面包覆一层SiO2,采用扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、热重及电化学腐蚀等手段对样品进行了表征分析。结果表明,当AlH3与正硅酸乙酯液固比为2mL/g时,包覆效果最佳,在AlH3颗粒表面形成一层均匀的SiO2包覆层。Tafel极化测试结果表明,SiO2包覆能提高腐蚀电位,降低腐蚀电流密度,有效提高AlH3粉体的稳定性。In order to improve the stability of the AlH3 powder,a layer of SiO2 was coated on the surface of the AlH3 micrometer powder by using the sol-gel method.The samples were characterized and analyzed by using the means including the scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,X ray diffractometer,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,thermogravimetry and electrochemical corrosion and so on.The results show that when the liquid-solid ratio of AlH3 to tetraethyl orthosilicate is 2 mL/g,the coating effect is the optimal,a uniform SiO2 coating layer is coated on the surface of AlH3 particles.The Tafel polarization testing results show that coating with SiO2 can increase the corrosion potential,reduce the corrosion current density,and effectively improve the stability of AlH3 powder.
