高屈挠生物基聚氨酯发泡鞋材的研制

摘　　要：采用生物可降解聚丙交酯多元醇、高活性聚酯二元醇、低散发硅油、催化剂等,通过配方优化配成A组合物,同时配以自制的异氰酸酯预聚物B,合成了聚氨酯发泡微孔弹性体鞋材。详细探讨了聚丙交酯多元醇、交联剂、低散发硅油、模温及异氰酸酯指数等对材料性能的影响。结果表明,聚丙交酯多元醇70质量份、交联剂0.4~0.6质量份,低散发硅油0.6质量份,异氰酸酯指数为0.96,制品的外表美观,力学性能优异,室温下测试鞋底屈挠弯折15万次未见裂痕。The polyurethane foamed microcellular elastomer shoe material was synthesized by optimizing the formulation to form the A component using the bio-degradable polylactide polyol,high active polyester diol,low emission silicone oil,catalyst and so on,and adding the self-made isocyanate prepolymer B.The influence of polylactide polyol,crosslinking agent,low emission silicone oil,mold temperature and isocyanate index,etc.on performance of the material was discussed in detail.The results show that the product has excellent appearance and mechanical performance,no crack occurred in the flexure testing of the shoe sole after 150000 times of bending at room temperature under the conditions including using 70 mass parts polylactide polyol,0.4~0.6 mass parts crosslinking agent,0.6 mass parts low emission silicone oil,the isocyanate index of 0.96.
