摘  要:根据NF3和HF在红外光谱上的差异性,建立利用傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)法测定NF3中HF的分析方法。HF有8个特征吸收峰,为避免检测过程中水蒸气的掩盖作用,选定在4038.96cm–1处的红外光谱吸收峰作为HF分析的定量标准峰。并据此建立起HF吸光度–浓度的标准曲线,通过测定NF3成品1、2、3的数据,得到测定结果的相对偏差分别为0.88%、0.72%、1.00%,相对标准偏差分别为1.18%、0.95%和1.38%,均低于2%。由此可知方法的准确度和精密度均可满足分析要求,从而建立起准确可靠的测定NF3中微量HF的分析方法。According to the difference in the infrared spectrum between NF3 and HF,the analysis method for determining HF in NF3 by the Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy was established.The HF has eight characteristic absorption peaks,the infrared spectrum absorption peak in 4038.96 cm–1 was selected as the quantitative standard peak for analysis of HF in order to avoid the masking effect of the water vapor in the detection process,and the standard curve between the HF absorbance and concentration was established based on it.By determining the data of 1,2 and 3 products of NF3,the relative deviations of the determination results are 0.88%,0.72% and 1.00%,respectively,and the relative standard deviations are 1.18%,0.95% and 1.38%,respectively,which are all lower than 2%.It is known that the accuracy and precision of the method can all meet the requirements of analysis,thus,the accurate and reliable analysis method for determining trace HF in NF3 was established.
