摘 要:以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体、NaBH4为还原剂、尿素提供碳氮源,通过水热法制备了C、N共掺杂改性TiO2光催化剂,利用扫描电子显微镜、X-射线衍射、紫外-可见光漫反射光谱等对其微观形貌、结构等进行表征测试。以诺氟沙星为目标污染物,对其进行光催化活性评价。分析结果表明,C、N元素成功掺杂进入TiO2晶格,C、N共掺杂TiO2为锐钛矿相,使其吸收边带发生明显红移现象。实验结果显示,C、N共掺杂TiO2光催化剂具有较高光催化活性,在可见光照射下,360 min反应后,诺氟沙星的降解率达到88.68%;经5次循环使用,降解率仍达到75.16%,其稳定性较好。Tetrabutyl titanate as precursor,NaBH4 as a reducing agent,urea source of carbon,nitrogen,prepared by hydrothermal method in the C and N dopingmodification of TiO2 light catalyst,using scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflection spectrum of its microstructure,structure characterization tests,etc.The photocatalytic activity of novoxacin was evaluated.The analysis results showed that elements C and N were successfully doped into the TiO2 lattice,and C and N co-doped TiO2 was anatase phase,resulting in significant redshift of absorption sideband.The experimental results showed that C and N co-doped TiO2 photocatalyst had high photocatalytic activity,and the degradation rate of norfoxacin reached 88.68%after 360 min reaction under visible light irradiation.After 5 cycles,the degradation rate was still up to 75.16%,showing good stability.
