摘 要:以碳纳米管/石墨烯/导电炭黑作为复合导电剂,以结晶大分子硬脂酸作为正温度系数(PTC)功能添加剂,水性丙烯酸树脂为粘结剂,制备了具有优异PTC效应的水性电热涂料,并制成电热膜进行测试,得到最佳的配比。探讨了硬脂酸乳化条件、导电填料组合等对电热膜PTC强度和通电加热状态下远红外发射率等参数的影响。结果表明,采用复合导电填料的配合硬脂酸乳液制备的电热涂料,在温度105℃以内,PTC强度可达12、附着力1级、柔韧性2 mm通过,比单一炭黑作填料的涂料具有更高远红外发射率,具有较好的应用价值。Water-based electric heating coating with excellent PTC effect were prepared Using carbon nanotubes/graphene/carbon black as a composite conductive agent,stearic acid as a PTC functional component,and water-based acrylic resin as a binder,then apply the coating to electric heating film before testing.The effects of stearic acid emulsion,conductive filler combinations,etc.on parameters such as the PTC strength of the electrothermal film and the far infrared emissivity under the condition of electric heating were discussed.Result shows:The electric heating coating prepared by compound conductive filler and stearic acid emulsion has lv.12 PTC intensity,lv.1 Adhesion intensity,lv.2 flexility;and stronger far infrared emissivity than carbon black.The coating has good application value.
