摘 要:用PROⅡ软件对渣油加氢裂化装置反应流出物分离系统进行模拟计算。结果表明,随着中温高压分离器操作温度由220℃逐渐升高至340℃,中温高压气流量增加了74.56%,中温高压油流量下降了52.24%,高压空冷器热负荷增加了153.56%,中温高压气中未转化油组分流量由0.01 kg/h增加至10.22 kg/h。随着中温低压分离器进料量从0逐渐增加至120 t/h,高温低压分离器操作温度自386.6℃增加至434.6℃,冷低分油流量逐渐降低,温低分油流量逐渐增加,热低分油流量逐渐降低。随着中温低压分离器进料量的增加,常压分馏塔第2至14块理论塔板所需最小塔径无明显变化,第15至27块理论塔板所需最小塔径总体上逐渐增大。The simulation calculation of reaction effluent separation system of residue hydrocracking unit is built in ProⅡsoftware.The results show that with the medium-temperature high-pressure separator operating temperature gradually increased from 220℃to 340℃,the gas flowincreases by 74.56%,the oil flow decreases by 52.24%,the heat load of high pressure air cooler increases by 153.56%,and the flow rate of unconverted oil in gas phase increases from 0.01 kg/h to 10.22 kg/h.With the feed flow of medium-temperature low-pressure separator increasing from 0 to 120 t/h,the operating temperature of high-temperature low-pressure separator increases from 386.6℃to 434.6℃,the flow rate of cold low-pressure separation oil decreases gradually,the flow rate of warm low-pressure separation oil increases gradually,and the flow rate of hot low-pressure separation oil decreases gradually.With the increase of feed flow of medium-temperature low-pressure separator,the minimum diameter of theoretical trays from 2 to 14 does not change significantly,while that of theoretical trays from 15 to 27 increases gradually.
