临氢异构化装置节能降耗总结与改进措施

摘　　要：中国石化塔河炼化有限责任公司(塔河炼化)临氢异构化装置是生产汽油调合组分的重要装置,采用美国UOP公司Penex-DIH临氢异构化技术,以600 kt/a连续重整装置预加氢单元的轻石脑油为原料,主要生产高辛烷值汽油调合组分。2019年塔河炼化经过认真研究制定优化方案,从蒸汽、电、循环水方面入手,通过精细化操作,装置节能降耗显著,截至2019年10月,当年装置累计能耗1862.19 MJ/t,较装置设计能耗(2720.34 MJ/t)下降了858.15 MJ/t,下降幅度为31.54%,2019年10月能耗达到了历史最佳水平。同时为进一步降低装置能耗,对与其他装置富余热量进行热联合的方案进行了探讨,为下次检修改造提出优化项目。The hydroisomerization unit of SINOPEC Tahe Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.is an important unit producing gasoline blending components.High octane gasoline blending components are mainly produced by using the Penex-DIH hydroisomerization technology of UOP company and the light naphtha from pre hydrogenation unit of 600 kt/a continuous reforming unit as raw material.In 2019,SINOPEC Tahe Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.after careful research,formulated optimization plans.Starting from steam,electricity and circulating water,the unit achieved remarkable energy saving and consumption reduction through refined operation.As of October 2019,the accumulated energy consumption of the unit in that year was 1862.19 MJ/t,which was 858.15 MJ/t lower than the design energy consumption of 2720.34 MJ/t,with a decrease rate of 31.54%.The energy consumption in October 2019 reached the best historical level.At the same time,in order to further reduce the energy consumption of the unit,combined with the surplus heat of other units in the operation department,the optimization project is proposed for the next overhaul.
