摘　　要：近年来,受到公众参与理论的引导,社会资本逐渐深入非物质文化遗产保护与传承的进程中,社会资本的加入能够改善政府主导下财政压力大、政绩要求高、监督能力弱的不足,但是也存在组织文化差异、保密性与共享性冲突、过度商业开发等风险,应当通过提供科学的金融支持、完善法律框架和规则体系、加强信息公开等手段加以防范。In recent years,under the guidance of the theory of public participation,social capital has gradually penetrated into the process of intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance.The participation of social capital can improve the deficiencies of higher financial pressure,higher performance requirements and weaker supervision ability under the guidance of the government.However,there are also risks such as organizational cultural differences,conflicts between confidentiality and sharing,and excessive commercial development.Measures should be taken through providing scientifically financial support,improving the legal framework and rule system,and strengthening information disclosure so as to prevent the deficiencies.
